  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Ray Gems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us.

International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.
